That means being on top of things, attention to detail, following up with them.  These are things that he was rumored to have trouble with in recruiting Jersey. Whether it is or not, SU and Marrone felt it important enough to assign a guy to work the state and SU offered kids down there.  But Moore hasn't exactly set the world on fire for us there.  I still don't understand why Marrone didn't take Moore with him (or why Moore didn't go with Marrone).  If there was one guy on the staff that seemed to be perfectly suited to coaching the pro game---focusing on technique and schemes without having to worry about recruiting, babysitting players, etc.---it was Moore.
