It appears to be a car with an Otto paint job. Could belong to a Syracuse fan.

The driver was a young, college-aged girl it seemed...co-pilot was also of the same description.

There was a contest out there last year and this year that was open to anyone that wanted to design their own Syracuse Orange themed car. I believe the winner got to keep the designed car. I am pretty sure OE had a link to this in his daily post.

I remember seeing it after one of the homegames outside of gate B. Assumed it was owned by the athletic department as a promotional gimmick. Thanks for clarifying, OX.
