They usually have 3 scrimmages during the spring.

The second is usually the ‘real’ one that plays a huge role in determining positions on the depth chart going into fall ball.

Guessing 3/26 is the first scrimmage. Doubt the televised one is going to be the big one. That will probably end up being that last practice on 4/9.

Was worried we were going to get the first scrimmage. Sounds like the televised is going to have more meaning than normal. Which is excellent news.

Let’s hope for good health during spring ball. That would be awesome.

If Hough is really 255 he is not a RB at least in traditional sense. Maybe FB or defensive switch.

agree...any possibility Elmore, who has played Dline in the past, might be of help?

I'm assuming we might see a few players on the sidelines with "owies" next week. I know the local media can't report it but if it is only Bleich and one or two others...that could really bode well for us.

I wonder if Hough hasn't recovered fully to be an effective RB? Or maybe with Tucker still here they feel good having him cross-train. Maybe he'll be Elmore II?

I feel more optimistic about this year than any since 2019. Yeah...I know.

After schools finish their spring practices there will plenty of linemen looking to play at the P5 level. l love the way Babers is working the portal.
