yet another game where i say no...no..no...yes!!!!
scoop is a keeper.

As tremendous as DW was the entire game, I really think Scoop won the game in the 2nd half.

His game totally reminds me of Baron Davis when he was on the Clippers a few years ago.

Cagey guard, not going to beat you off the dribble, but can make a play when needed and a floor leader.

Scoop is really benefiting from getting a few minutes of bench time each half. Having fresher legs has benefited his jump shot, he's attacking the basket better, and not being quite as tired has paid dividends in terms of him avoiding some dumb plays that he has a propensity to make.

Having great backcourt options has also given Jim Boeheim the option of pulling his a$$ when circumstantially warranted for making a poor decision / bonehead play.

Net result: Scoop's having a great season so far, and is a big reason why we're ranked #1. Nice to see.

And, while on the bench, he's our best cheerleader and an assistant coach to boot. Great young man.

And he's able to give 95%, rather than 75%, on the defensive end. He was working hard tonight.

With one or two exceptions, all the guards and Fair did a great job in harassing #15. Triche had a slip-up, but they defended him well.
