More Observations:
- Purdue has s significant program historically but they are a terrible NCAA tournament team. They've made two Final Fours and the last was 43 years ago. 
- The reason Fairleigh Dickinson was in this tournament is fairly ridiculous: Their conference, the Northeast, was won by Merrimack, both in the regular season and the conference tournament. But Merrimack had just joined the conference, moving up from Division II and apparently you can't compete in the NCAA Tournament in your first four years in Division I, so the Knights got in the tournament and were able to pull off this historical upset while the Warriors had to watch it on TV!

- I thought I had one upset in the bag with Kennesaw State, (remember when we played them a few years back and nobody had heard of them?) totally out-playing Xavier - until they went in the tank, giving up a 14 point run with a 13 point lead and then not making the plays down the stretch to win the game. 
- When is the next time you'll be watching Tru-TV? It was fun watching Jim Nantz do a promo for one of their tacky shows.
