Scott Shafer has worked at a high level for two recent NFL Coaches, plus great article

He of course worked here for new NFL Coach marrone but in 2007 he worked as the assistant head coach and DC for Jim Harbaugh at Stanford. Not as a low level assistant but as CD and assistant head coach. He has a nice pedigree,

when I was looking for info on Coach Shafer I came across the article below. you talk about taking care of your coaches look at the money that Stanford spent to just house there coordinators. talk about deep pockets.

I take it that $200k per year figure is outdated? What do Stanford assistants make now? You always hear about the few assistant coaches making huge figures but what are typical salaries for bcs assistants?
