Scott Shafer apparently didn't get the message that fans and facilities are the problem.

I think it plays a part, but I think our willingness to hide the shortcomings there exacerbates the problem.

I second a comment in that news story. Give military free tickets to the dome so the empty seats are full and make what you can off concessions and parking while packing the dome and honoring those sacrificing for our country.
