Season ticket renewal issue

I tried to renew my season tickets online via my iPad. No invoice showed up. I don’t recall ever having such an issue in the past. Anybody else run into a similar problem?
(I ended up calling the box office and renewing over the phone...so 90’s ish!)
 
I had the same issue. Had to call the box office. They were quick about it, and very polite, and had no explanation for the online glitch.

I have had similar problems on my iPhone and iPad but when I use my Mac it’s fine. When I brought it up to my rep they mentioned that the “upgrade” they did to the site a year or two ago created some issues with mobile. Although my invoice didn’t show on my page, it did show up for my rep when I called to confirm it went through and generated an email receipt.

EDIT: an invoice payment page showed up but the receipt didn’t. So I couldn’t tell if it took payment or not based on the actual site (although as I mentioned I did get email receipt and notification from my Amex)

btw, I thought most web updates these days were particularly designed to IMPROVE the mobile experience... sheesh

Had no problem about four weeks ago.

Maybe they didn’t want you back. :cool:
 
the issue is with new coding they are trying to do one thing fits all and it turns out that coding for mobile and computer screens using one set of code is a pain. boot strap is a solution that very few do well. so many browsers/fonts/screen sizes and you have to have an answer for all of them. you add in code design where its not done beginning to end by the same people and you just create more issues..
