Ole Miss v Bama must seeHate the SEC - but it's not that shallow. Look at what Ole Miss put on Fresno today - 73 points? Wow. And Tennessee looks strong.
Overrated - as always
Outside two or three teams every year they have ZERO business having ten top 25 teams
Quazzum69 said:They are still the best conference top to bottom by all objective measures. They are under a microscope for some reason after 2 weeks. Arkansas has finished last in their division the past two seasons. Ranking 10 in the top 25 was probably too optimistic; eight or nine is probably more accurate. They only have three losses outside the conference. Tennessee (an average SEC team) got beat by a good top 20 team and another came from Vanderbilt the absolute worst team. Again, the third was from a team that has won 4 total conference games in the past 3 seasons. The ACC has 12 wins against FCS teams already compared to 3 for the SEC (which is the least "cupcakes" for any conference so far). Anyways, it's only 2 weeks so we'll see in a few months.
SEC always has their FCS week on the 3rd week of November.
They put themselves under the microscope, they are always the ones always saying how much better they are than any other conference. And yes they're usually right but that brings a lot of unwanted attention when things aren't going so well
I just wanted Auburn to lose on Coach Mac day. And I'd like to think Pat Dye was suffering from explosive diaherria while attending a public function.
But, is it really?I will say this, the sec schedule is such a grind, they need that break.
But, is it really?
They don't venture out of the south and justify beating each other as reason for it
As someone else said, the Big East of basketball
