Doubtful, with all the close calls Clemson has had and all the blow-outs Michigan has gotten.

I think the ACC has the best Qb talent in the country.

We are bottom 3 in talent. Only BC may be worse. Wake has young guys and has redshirt their freshman. They have gotten top 300 recruits. Not a lot of them but they get a couple.
UVA, and the coastal teams have more talent than we do.
We have a young QB and good weapons but our coaches system helps them.
We need more talent on both lines and in the secondary.
