What are the chances they switch the schedule so Colgate isnt the team for the "New roof Game" Seems with a decent opponent we could have a sellout.

Well I believe NC State would increase attendance quite a bit as opposed to Colgate. ( or Louisville, FSU, Ga Tech)is the opponent going to change the attendance all that much unless its a big time one?
I’m thinking Dino has the current doldrums quelled by then but I’m sometimes a hopeless optimist. ( I guess that’s an oxymoron but this season has me confused)Good point. Is Vestal available? We want an opponent that we have a decent chance of beating.
Been to a few Colgate games in the dome. I’d say about 1 or 2 k topsi think winning 6 games will have as much or more effect. FSU would probably help not sure the other drive the needle all that much.. Colgate probably brings 3-5 x the fans any of those teams do.
How much do they hype the new game. Doing a few special things wrapped around the new roof might help
No argument there.Im thinking the “New Dome” will be very prominent in this years season ticket push. JW is not stupid.1k is still 3x5 times more than NC state brings
The sound and lighting can be a big draw if they do it big. Need to put together an entrance that rocks the dome. (Va Tech, Clemson ...)Honestly...is a new roof a draw? I can’t see how that would make a difference as to whether people go to a game or not.
Seems to me that it’s just something that has to be done for the long term safety of the building. Maybe the scoreboard is a slight draw?
Seems like a lot of the stuff that could be a draw as far as really affecting the game day experience are in phase 2 of the project, and this is more the “laying the groundwork” phase?
