So you look for the tools and to some extent the competition in their high school league. If that all checks out, you assume it's going to translate during development. But I think you can tell with certain guys that the speed of college football is, at best, going to take 4-5 years. Do you want to wait and find out? Nunes/RJ syndrome. Each was definitely better in their 5th year than the other 4, but all that got us was 4-8 and 6-6 seasons.
