Just give it the good ole-refresh. You'd be surprised how much resources each tab you have open in your browser uses. There is a way to check this out on Chrome, but I forgot how. That is usually what causes Streams to decrease in quality significantly.

I tried the "work on one monitor, game on the other" deal, but the game was lagging. Had to log out of all my programs. Hope noone tries to email me, cause that shiit is down!
