I don't get the "Howard is a guaranteed starter", because SU wouldn't be out chasing grad transfers for the second year in a row if it was so clear cut. Not gonna sit here and say he can't, because for the team's sake, I'd want him to succeed, but two years of "meh" is not enough to say he's the best option SU has, regardless of the roster makeup.
