They instead just watch the shot go up and stand there boxed out...... is frustrating as heck!. Its just awareness and effort.  I feel like SU players have been doing that far too often, over a long period of time now.  Watching Doty will be a welcome change. I hope others learn from him.

And I know darn well a player who rebounds like this is likely to also give great effort on defense and will be moving on the offensive end, making cuts and setting screens. Just playing great team basketball.
