@Syracuse Athletics Shamarko Thomas has an upper-body injury ... has returned to the sideline ... return uncertain.

Suppose his head is part of his "upper body" because it looked like his bell got rung again similar to the Pitt game.

He definitely looked a little wobbly walking off the field. Concussion was my first thought.
