The NFL should have a panel that allows some kids to enter the league after 2 years. The NFL is a private business they could allow some Freshman or Sophomores into the league but they like the current model and won't do anything. If Fournette sat out next year he would not prove anything you are saying he would be protecting himself just like teams protect themselves in player contracts.
