I am not going to say that Magic Johnson should have stayed in school, but if he had, he would have been a perennial all-star and likely all time great. So, he has to live with his decision.

I am not going to say that Magic Johnson should have stayed in school, but if he had, he would have been a perennial all-star and likely all time great. So, he has to live with his decision.

I think leaving early really hurt him in terms of developing his overall game. Sure, he could play anywhere from point guard to center, but how often did we see him come off the bench? The fact is he was forced to start because he would have made such a lousy 6th man.
