1. Coaches & boosters paid athletes for jobs not performed

2. Former assistant Joe DeForest, now at West Virginia, accused of running a bonus program.

3. Drug policy not uniformly administered. Wide spread drug abuse on team.

4. The hostess program, "Orange Pride" provided $ex to recruits.
