Simple solution to triple Chukwu's effectiveness.

Just order him to stay within the restricted arc under the basket we are defending...for the entire game.. whether we are on offense or defense. It's not like him going down the court on offense is going to help us score, he just clogs the lane. Better to just have him planted under our own basket on O and D. Pretty sure just standing there with his arms extended will be a big improvement over what we've seen.

Since he won't get winded running up and down the court, he should be able to block at least 15 shots per game.
