Will we SU basketball fans ever get one going? Either at a bar or man up and tailgate outside this winter?

Hell, I'd tailgate with the darn Burger King there!IMO, the Backcourt could be a convenient place to "tailgate", if they opened up the Dome earlier and offered some attractive food and drink specials, i.e. 1/2 off beer up until 1 hour before game time.

I'd definitely be down for thatThat might be a good idea. I doubt we could arrange a party with our own "specials," but we could surely occupy an area that we designate in advance. Especially if we all got there as soon as the Dome opened 90 minutes before tip off. And then could return there at half time.
That's a great idea, actually. An SU-sponsored tailgate in the dome.IMO, the Backcourt could be a convenient place to "tailgate" if they opened up the Dome earlier and offered some attractive food and drink specials, i.e. 1/2 off beer up until 1 hour before game time.
roflcopter. Can't tell if serious or joking...I never got to partake in a board tailgate, but I remember going back after I graduated for the Notre Dame game when we broke the attendance record and my buddies and I stayed at the Sheraton, and prior to the game I walked off the elevator and past a woman wearing a name tag, and it wasn't until about 10 seconds later I realized it had said "cto" on it.

I'm dead serious. I would have gone back to introduce myself, but my friends and I had already been pregaming and I was afraid that might have made a poor impression.roflcopter. Can't tell if serious or joking...

I think we did wear name tags at some of the early things -- just to know who each other was. Also, they served to keep crashers (who were looking for a free drink) out of the party.
