I would contrast this with stepping into a throw, hitting an open receiver in stride, being able to make every throw, throwing mechanics, etc. Those he seems to clearly possess and you can tangibly see them when a play goes right.

So defense, coaching and OL can probably line up before DeVito to take criticism for Saturday but saying he at least hasn't displayed those QB intangibles yet is pretty fair, imo
