One is whatever, two is at best an eyebrow raiser.

I think it will become a trend for kids who will struggle to qualify and hate school with the intensity of 1000 suns, but for the 'normal' elite talent, I doubt it

maybe the NBA should consider putting a 4 year ban on Americans out of highschool so they can't get drafted to they are the equivalent of a 4 year senior. Either that or go to college for a year, even a crappy midmajor if need be.

Agreed and same thing as Emmanuel Mudiay. Wasn't going to qualify so went a different route. I'm glad Duval is getting out of that place and hopefully going to some place decent on the East Coast since SU is back in touch with him.

So if Duval spent a year there, does that mean he is essentially a year behind in terms of the course work he would need in order to be eligible for the 2017-18 season?
