My problem with his pick is that he just didn't seem to base it on anything, other than his hatred of this particular Syracuse team. It was almost as if whoever they revealed to be our opponent, he was ready to jump in and say upset. Even if the opponent was TERRIBLE.

yep, same thing bothering me. He clearly never saw Montana play.

He was basing his pick on Syracuse being "mentally soft" because he "sat courtside when they lost to Louisville"

..and it wasnt just some column or some dumb show on some cable channel. This was on National TV RIGHT as the brackets were being released. It's bs

Sorry, but he's a hack for the way he went about proclaiming this as his upset pic, as others have mentioned above. There was no analysis whatsoever in selecting Montana to upset SU seconds after the matchup was revealed. You're also a hack when Greg Gumble is laughing at your pic.
