BC hoops has been in the crapper ever since they left the BE. They've had many horrible losses and years. Don't follow football much but I believe the same is true for that. They've got to be ecstatic that the ACC now has a more northerly presence, even more so should UConn follow. I've always wondered if their recruiting took a dive because of the ACC...and the lack of more regional rivals.

Incredible fall from grace for that program. Six years ago they nearly made the Elite 8, with players like Jared Dudley, Craig Smith, etc. Now they are a joke. Pathetic.

I kinda feel bad for BC - well, at least the coach there who used to be at Cornell. The crazy thing is I think Steve Donohue had an easier job of recruiting players to the Big Red than he does @ Chestnut Hill

DePaul, USF, Providence, Rutgers, Seton Hall and St. John's in any given year are no different than BC will be next year. It's nice to have a break in the competition even during conference games.
