Shafer is still a genius.
A genius doesn't have poor performances in 10 of the last 11 games. When Shafer is agressive on D, he does a very very very good job. When he sits back like he has in 10 of the last 11 games, the D stinks and can't get off the field. He is waaay too conservative for my liking. Although you have to wonder if that is all Shafer or somewhat on Marrone.
