He never got enough of his own kids into leadership positions to change the culture. Did he make mistakes? Yes. Many. But every one of these guys do, our guy included, because they make dozens of decisions daily. I'd hope if SU is in a position to hire in the coming years that we'd consider a coach of his ilk.
