If he were at Florida he likely would have been fired after the 6-7 year and definitely after 4-8. There's only one conference where you almost universally get no leash. I don't think there's any school in the ACC or Pac 12 that would fire Butch Jones or McElwain after the years they're having. It just doesn't seem worth it. [/QUOTE]
