So what do you pay the coaching staff?

A question for those in the know. Many on this board have stated that the administration needs to open up the piggy bank and pay the coaching staff a better wage to attract a higher level of coaching skill sets. So what do we pay our OC & DC and assistants? What do we need to pay in-order to get the coaching staff to the level that many on this board feel we need to be at? How much as a total are we talking about?

Does spending an extra million on coaches generate 2 million in revenue? or maybe not..

OC & DC = $500K.
Other = $200K.

Total coaching budget = $4.4M.
