An old horse trainer once told me. "If the horses in the race seem equal. Choose the better jockey." And many times that advice served me well. As for basketball, sometimes it is easier to pick the coach instead of the team. Much like choosing the jockey instead of the horse. Great jockeys can lead an ordinary horse to the winners circle. And great coaches can direct an average team to a win.
