When playing very good, physical teams, we are being held back by Girard. In those games when Girard is struggling, JB has to face reality and park Joe from time to time. If CUSE can adjust to this, and figure out on what nights to use Bell, Taylor, Torrence- taking some of Girard's minutes, the Orange could be a more than interesting team in March. [/QUOTE]
