The downfield throws were nice, the short swing passes 4 feet over WR/RB's in the flat were not. The games in which he was good last year were the same games where he was very accurate on short throws - it's not a coincidence, and also where he consistently tuck it and ran and didn't force things if the play wasn't there.  I think he's doing an excellent job on the latter - CMU game being the high watermark for him using his legs, and has a lot of work to do on the former.
