  • Pick 6 unquestionably the biggest play of the game-At least a 10 point turnaround. Unspoken about this play is how did a DE run 82 yards with no one besides a QB and RB even coming close to running him down (or at least trying).
  • Kirkland's not dropping on that fumble from the kickoff was the 2nd biggest play of the game
  • West has become an animal this year catching almost everything thrown to him that he can reach-Pretty good for a "body"! Wish we had him for another year
  • Long scored 14 points for both teams yesterday-They used to say about Manziel that he keeps both teams in the game. Hope he approaches anywhere near his level.
  • I am a big PTG fan, but it kills when he runs backwards and turns a 1st and 10 into 2nd and 19. AAM has looked good all year.
  • Need to stop with the conservating play calling to start each game-There's a reason we always start slow
  • Riley Dixon's worst game of the year
  • Ishmael continues to show his stuff and if he can stay healthy, should only get better.
  • Kept waiting for Defense to crack-They refused. They deserve a ton of credit. Franklin's a playa.
  • Hated Shafer punting on 4th and 5 at the opponents 37. This has become a pattern and makes me feel like our ceiling with him is low. I mean you're really worried about them getting the ball at the 37?! You only get so many chances in that part of the field and he has consistently shown a play not-to-lose mentality.
  • Scary thought-Imagine if Hickey went pro :(

The way the play turned out, In hindsight it's easy to blame Kirkland for not falling on the ball. But he was flying around laying big hits the entire game (including causing the fumble in question), and a defensive TD in that situatoon was an opportunity to deliver a knockout punch. Can't blame him for trying to make a big play there

He was scared Shafer would punt so he tried to return it
