There is no way Buddy should be playing 40 minutes a game. Richmond needs more time as he is often the best player on the team and I think he is just scratching the surface of his talent.

This team does not play offense. The best way to win is to create mismatches. Kadary at the point guard creates mismatches. Especially with Buddy at the SG. Find the mismatch and pound it.
