Pretty much the guy didn't know his contract, skipped off season OTA's, and cost himself millions. I don't blame the player for not knowing his contract as I doubt many do. His agent shouldve known about it and warned him before hand.

i understand what you are saying... but ultimately this blame is 100% on the agent - and the agents career is probably over b/c of it.

it's like slipping on a banana peel after the cleaning crew comes. an outsider can blame the homeowner all they want for being stupid... but they pay the cleaning crew to pick up everything especially the easy shitt.
