That's why its fun to be on top and just keep winning the lead games. Keep winning and you're not force in those unenviable positions.
BTW in this fall's NFL pool I was forced 3 times to root for Dallas to win in order to get $ (and they screwed me all 3 times, going down in flames last game on one of Romo's best choke efforts ever) . I had to shower after each game, and scrub and scrub.
