As part of the University of Arizona’s spring football game, Gronkowski caught a football dropped from a helicopter some 600 feet in the air.

From what I read it would be in he 80-90 mph.. its like why a drop of water only goes so fast.. a baseball never gets above a 100 no matter how high you drop it really.

Yikes - god forbid professional athletes have fun during their career. To me, Gronk is a breath of fresh air. Sure he's goofy but he's living his best life. Athletes are waaaay too concerned with what people think about them these days. Gronk is having fun.
