A limiter can keep the volume from clipping - in case someone yells into a mic. Digital clipping is HORRIBLE, where way back? Analog clipping was FINE . (Hell of a way to make a snare AWESOME.) Dunno what they have, but with the Dome's VERY real, and VERY difficult room, ya never know. I imagine they've asked the Audio Engineers at Newhouse. If not, they shoud.
