I’m not convinced Florida State isn’t a program in severe decline. I’d make sure whatever deal is made can be backed out on by the ACC - if FSU is a 5-8 win program (which I think is possible going forward…) rewarding them with an annual game vs Notre Dame makes no sense. Additionally, it could handicap other ACC teams from being able to step up and replace FSU as a top-tier program.
