Dino Babers is a below average football coach - his losing overall record and awful in-conference record at SU undeniably confirms it. There is nothing "unjust" or "unfair" or "biased" about wanting to replace him? The man's performance as Head Coach has been mediocre at best - and subpar if we're being honest. And his race has absolutely NOTHING TO DO WITH ANY OF IT.  He is simply a lousy Head Coach and replacing him would be totally warranted. The school wanting to upgrade in this circumstance isn't wrong or unjust.

And using your flawed logic, you could [I]never[/I] fire him because WHENEVER you do it, there will always be somebody somewhere complaining about it? So do you keep him forever?
