Those schools are doing split squad scrimmages but they have better depth and don't worry about injuries as much. One difference imo is that our few walkons are barely D1AA level kids where as Big STATE U has 20 extra walkons that are probably better overall quality football players and thus they can fill out scrimmage rosters better.
