According to Stephen, Moe Neal scored two more rushing TD in today's scrimmage. Still unsure exactly what his role will be this fall but based on what I've seen from what him last year and what he's up to this year, it should involve greatly increased touches.

I know it's just a spring scrimmage, but 10 sacks got my attention.

Yeah, but then again they also rushed for 7 td's on offense. Unless we know exactly how the scrimmage was run, these numbers can't be put into context. If they just played a straight up game, and allowed 10 sacks, I'd be very concerned.

isn't a sack in a spring scrimmage situation the equivalent to basically 2 hand touch? They aren't hitting the QB's. It's an encouraging number and all, and the broader point of the D being able to hurry/get near enough to the QB to lay hands, but I'd think 1o sacks with spring rules wouldn't be even close to 10 real game sacks.

I love it. Can you imagine this board if Dino went for it on 4th and goal from the 14, and called an inside handoff? I know it's spring and only a scrimmage and all, but reading that made me smile.
