Mass Demo versus Select Demo, huge difference.  Talking about shoring and taking walls down for this and that, not tearing the whole thing down.  The mass demo  ( tearing it all down) will be expensive but select demo on that facility will be like pulling teeth, all concrete and reinforced CMU. The Dome will not be easy to renovate to say the least, like I said. I think the new stadium will win out. I don't think it will be all that close either.  I started my career working for one of national firms that focused on stadium construction, kind of cool starting out.  Like I said, the complexity of a project like this, the resources, etc is mind blowing at times, however this stadium will be relatively straight forward for the right company.   However, choose the wrong one it will be a disaster.  Like I said, it should come down to 3-4 companies.
