Seeing them with their heels almost touching. No gap splits. 45 carries 42 minutes TOP. Pulling guards smashing LBs to the turf. Pancake city all over.

Seriously...I saw the same thing. Heels touching...when #56 pulled and BURIED that LB on the TD (I think) I was nearly off my seat. SMASH that DUDE! The Stanford OL came to play yesterday. Absolutely clinic. And tbh, Reece, the Bachelor and Pollack deserve a lot of credit. They called it out early and often. Highlighting that if the DEF held early, it was going to be a long day for Oregon. And that was when Stanford was getting 2 to 3 yards per carry. They just flat out wore them down and kept pounding to the point where the OL was getting to the second level with ease.
Thing of beauty. Football is won in the trenches.
