The athletic department appealed the NCAA's punishment and we got some scholarships back. They did what they can given what happened. The sanctions didn't really hurt us. Sure we had fewer scholarships, but Boeheim runs a short bench and those 2 yearly lost scholarships would've just been given to someone riding the bench that would eventually transfer, or a senior walk-on.
