Here's the matchup for this week. As always, here's a small file size PDF version.

Some takeaways:

- The two teams are pretty even in a lot of areas. While they have better athletes, we excel due to tempo (similar yards per play, but a big difference in yards per game and scoring offense).

- They are awful at scoring inside the 40 (#126) and sport a not great 3rd down %. That's on their young QB and offensive line. Yuck.

- Our number took a hit in some areas (normal since we played a top 10 team) - bur our 3rd down defense is elite. Watch our 3rd down D vs their young QB. If we win, it will be due to an experienced QB making good decisions vs their guy unable to make anything happen on 3rd down or in the red zone.

- We must contain Akers. Our run D has been good - but he can really put some pressure on. We've let too many RB's run free lately.

- This is the worst FSU team we've ever faced. It's by far our best team since we've joined the ACC.

- GO ORANGE

I expect a hard fought game but we come out on top in the 4th Quarter.

Which really makes no sense considering his ENORMOUS buyout. Why not take risks?

Exactly. I think he thinks "we have a huge talent discrepancy here, so we can win conservatively" (let's call this Saban coaching). When he should be thinking "if we score more and at a faster rate, I can get my young talent game reps" (let's call this Dabo coaching).

I think we can show him the error of his ways up close this weekend :)

Dabo has been showing him for some time, Jimbo has not learned the lesson. Let's hope he remains uneducated at least one more week.
