I guess I thought that your post expressed concern for the professional backgrounds of the other new GAs.

That they come from small schools.

I was just pointing out that a really good coach and former SU GA, Matt Patricia, came from a small school.

Nah. Just which small schools they come from. Most of quality control and GA guys come from small schools I would think. I'm just getting concerned with the number of guys coming from "the band". I get the whole familiarity thing but I'd prefer some diversity too to get different experiences from different backgrounds. I said the same thing during P's last years too. But these guys could be great. Just a concern and I'm really happy about bringing in Gregory.
