Strange turn in UNC academic fraud scandal

For some unknown reason, Julius Peppers' transcript may have been posted on UNC's website. Indications are it's quite possible that Peppers was academically ineligible for much of his time at UNC (if the transcript does indeed belong to Peppers), a problem exacerbated by the fact that UNC has been unwilling to trace just how far back this academic fraud goes. Strange stuff in an increasingly serious NCAA scandal getting surprisingly little media attention.

Convenient that one of Peppers sports agents (as of the time of a 2003 ESPN article) also happened to have been his former "academic advisor". Seems like there's plenty of smoke here ...

Espn would never touch unc or dukes programs... And it makes me vomit

I think most of the major college sports programs (football and basketball) could and would be touched if the ncaa or anyone who has the resources really wanted to take a serious look.

With that...I hope NC gets nailed.
