My niece will be freshman in September. My question is can she sell tickets she doesn't use. (All the way from Burroughs High, Burbank CA

Yep. She will get an account when she purchases tix and should be able to print them out that way (most students just use card). After she prints them, they can be sold to other students or non-students who pass for students.
