She will be a very good player, but Q needs to get Lewis under control. She is a volume shooter, and her percentage last year and this is not good. With all the weapons on this year's team she needs to pass more and shoot less.
Agree, Lewis is still in 2019-20 mode, when she was the primary person on offense. This year, she is one of a number of options. Gotta facilitate more, be more selective in the shots she takes.
That goes for all the players. Engstler, Tiana, everyone needs to be a bit more patient on offense. Give the bigs time to get position down low. Get a quality shot every possession.
Cardoso is impressive. Needs work on presenting herself to the guards more when posting up down low. Love her speed and hustle. A lot of the baskets she gets are in transition.
Lots of nice pieces to work with here. Engstler is really good at rebounding and finishing and is a fine passer.
Digna can shoot, pass and rebound. Solid player.
The two vet bigs have been through the wars and get board, play defense and finish.
Priscilla is another that is forcing too many bad shots but you can see she is a really good athlete with a nice shooting touch and a lot of skill.
Thought Tiana looked rusty early but that second half was classic stuff for her. Great to see her playing well again.
Sure wish we had Hyman. She would take our press to the next level.
